Sport Relief 2016 reaches its climax as thousands of people walk, run, swim and cycle in the Sport Relief Games. Matt Baker, Alex Jones and John Inverdale are live from the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park with coverage of the day's events from across the UK.
They are joined by a host of sporting legends, famous faces and members of the public - all sharing their experiences of the Sport Relief Games.
With hundreds of events being held all over the country, 2016 is shaping up to be the biggest Sport Relief Games yet. The programme features action-packed films from the flagship Sport Relief Games taking place in Belfast, Cardiff, Glasgow, Norwich and Sheffield.
