Seb travels to New York to discover how a musical performed in American Sign Language has become a smash hit on Broadway. He meets the cast of Spring Awakening and asks if their surprise success could be replicated in London's West End.
And we are catching up with twin boys Rocco and Loui who are identical except for one factor - one of them is deaf and the other is hearing. Loui and his parents have had crucial decisions to make about whether or not to have a cochlear implant fitted and whether the boys should go to the same secondary school.
