Bluetongue - the highly infectious disease that affects sheep and cattle is on the rise again, currently circulating in France. According to the Animal and Plant Health Agency say there's an 80% chance by the end of the summer. Is the livestock industry ready? We talk to the Chief Veterinary officer for Wales.
