It's always one of the most exciting days of the season as clubs frantically try to strengthen their squads ahead of the run-in. In January 2015, there was the usual mixed bag of successful signings and big-money flops made by Premier League clubs. Chelsea spent Β£23.3m on Juan Cuadrado, but he made just four starts before leaving to join Juventus on loan in the summer. However, Tottenham signed Dele Alli from MK Dons for an initial Β£5m and the teenager has been a revelation this season.
