The future of the National Botanic Gardens - over the New year the director, Dr. Rosie Plummer confirmed that she isfrom the post. But her departure comes at a time of a proposed cut of eleven per cent in the money from the Welsh government and greater pressure for commercialisation. It's an important attraction for Carmarthenshire and the County council is currently reviewing their financial support.
And the Rhondda Tunnel in Blaencwm - an to re-open a buried Victorian railway tunnel as a tourist attraction and cycle tunnel takes a step closer.
