It's six weeks since fitness trainer Ross Stewart set Fiona and John some initial goals. He's back live on the programme to hear how they've been getting on ... and to advise on how they can keep motivated.

After talking about it for months John finally bought a bike! Gillian went cycling with him to find out if he's enjoying his new fitness regime.

Fiona has been walking more and has tried out a dance class. But has she managed to undertake the goal of tackling the huge flight of stairs near where she lives?

Commonwealth heptathlon gold-medalist Louise Hazel talks about how different personalities are attracted to different sports and activities. Should we consider our personality when choosing our exercise?

Scott Currie from the Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ Get Inspired team goes along to St Mirren Football Club to find out about their walking football project.
