Film review day: British director Danny Boyle discusses new film Steve Jobs

British director Danny Boyle discusses his new film, Steve Jobs, plus critics Stephen Carty and Alistair Harkness review the film along with The Hallow and Fathers and Daughters.

It's movie review day on The Janice Forsyth Show - legendary British Director, Danny Boyle will be on hand to discuss his new film, the hotly anticipated drama about the late, Apple CEO, 'Steve Jobs.'

Regular Critics, Stephen Carty & Alistair Harkness will share their thoughts on it and on this week's other big cinema releases: including, carefully crafted horror, THE HALLOW which has been described as "the most heart-pounding film you'll ever see, "with a 'Fungal Research Advisor' listed in the credits", and on upcoming American-Italian drama, 'Fathers and Daughters' - directed by Gabriele Muccino and starring Russell Crowe.

Later in the show, Alex Jennings, one of the stars of 'Lady in Van', will discuss his new film, and debut novelist Sloane Crosley -talks about her book, The Clasp which centres around the search for a historic necklace stolen by Nazis in WW II.

All that and Sunset Song! Another great British Director, Terence Davies joins us to discuss the upcoming release of his new adaptation of the classic Lewis Grassic Gibbon novel, about the daughter of a Scottish farmer who comes of age in the early 1900's.
