Nolan Live Special
The programme linked up with Irish broadcaster, RTΓ‰ to bring you views and opinions from their Dublin studio, as well as debate from politicians and the audience in our Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ NI studios in Belfast. Stephen Nolan and RTΓ‰ presenter, Miriam O’Callaghan hosted a unique TV collaboration discussing some of the big social and political issues facing people on both sides of the border.Β
The programme featured a specially commissioned cross border survey which explored attitudes to a united Ireland, in the short and longer term. Some of the results from the show pointed to shared values on issues like same-sex marriage and abortion.Β
The survey also found that the thing that matters most to people’s happiness north and south of the border is a good home life.
