Fears over access to justice in rural Wales - the UK government's consultation on plans to shut 91 courts and tribunals in England and Wales draws to a close this week but with courts such as Brecon, Holyhead and Dolgellau on the list there are fears that it could be very difficult for many people living in rural areas to . Rachael Garside discusses the implications in Carmarthen where the plan is to shut both the Law Courts at the Guildhall and the civil, family, tribunal and probate hearing centre at Hill House, of Picton Terrace.
Hatching Game - this month sees the start of the pheasant shooting season and Rachael Garside visits one of the UK's largest game bird hatcheries. Gwyn Evans founded the business on the family's farm - near Newtown and employs 140 people and hatches seven million partridge and pheasant chicks a year. This year they won the Royal Welsh Show's prestigious Syr Bryner Jones award for innovation in the poultry industry.
Making more of Mutton - an initiative from National Sheep Association (NSA) to assist the quality mutton supply chain to popularise this rather neglected meat. The takes place this week at the Rhug Estate near Corwen.
