From today large supermarkets have to charge shoppers for plastic carrier bags, but where does that leave small village shops and community stores? We hear from the Green Party. Armagh in Northern Ireland is known as the Apple County but when the blossom was hit by sharp frosts in the spring, the prospects of a good harvest looked bleak. Now apple growers say nature has performed a remarkable turnaround. All this week we're looking into education and farming, as a new initiative called 'Countryside Classroom' aims to get children thinking about where their food comes from.
