Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall joins resident Drivetime chef Nigel Barden for today's mouth-watering 'Foodie Thursday' - a recipe from Hugh's new River Cottage book 'Love Your Leftovers will be served up for the team. Devon dweller and award winning Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall is a writer, broadcaster, and campaigner.

There's also another daft listener confession for the collective to mull over, marvellous music, and Simon talks to Erik Didriksen about his new book, 'Pop Sonnets', published to coincide with National Poetry Day.

'Pop Sonnets' is a collection of modern day pop songs, retold in the style of Shakespearian sonnets. A selection of Erik's wonderful reworkings, from Carly Rae Jepson to Taylor Swift, will be brought to life by members of the Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ's Drama department throughout the show. Drivetime listeners are invited to take a mind-bending leap back in time as matters of the heart are told in iambic pentameter!
