Keeley Donovan comes to the rescue of Joan, a disabled pensioner left devastated by a burglary at her home in Leeds. Among the items that have gone missing is her passport. Will Joan manage to get it replaced in time for a flight to Australia to see her daughter for the first time in three years?
To make Joan and husband Pete feel safe in their own home again, Keeley arranges to upgrade their security. Improvements include a clever motion sensor alarm which enables the couple to open their bungalow windows to let in the fresh air.
Meanwhile, Dan Donnelly comes to the aid of young IT worker Joe, whose flat has been ransacked and laptops stolen. Dan investigates how tracking software can help to recover stolen computer equipment.
