Mark presents an hour of the best folk and acoustic music, and Stick in the Wheel talk about their debut album.

An hour of the best folk and acoustic music from Britain and beyond.

This week, new London band Stick In The Wheel talk about their debut album, From Here.

Earlier this year, the band were nominated for two Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ Radio 2 Folk Awards: the Horizon Award and Best Traditional Track for the song Bedlam. The group, who come from a diverse set of musical backgrounds, have been praised for their gutsy, angular delivery of British folk songs.

Mark speaks to some of the band as they prepare to release their first full-length album.

Plus the usual mix of exciting new releases, classic tracks and news from the folk world.
