Sean Curran reports from Westminster as Labour says the Budget will "hurt those in work", but the Work and Pensions Secretary says the Chancellor was enshrining the idea that "if you work hard you should be rewarded".
The Government changes tack on its controversial policy - English votes for English laws. And ministers face challenges over a bid to amend the law on fox hunting in England and Wales.
While peers give a warning that plans to convert two former Government buildings in Whitehall into hotels pose a serious security threat.
