A finalist in 2013, Radio 3 New Generation Artist, Ukrainian soprano Olena Tokar returns to the Welsh capital on the eve of this year's final of Cardiff Singer of the World competition, to perform songs by Faur茅, Ravel, Medtner, Rimsky-Korsakov and Richard Strauss with pianist Igor Gryshyn.
