USA and Germany are among the favourites to challenge holders Japan in the 24-team tournament. England qualified with a 100 per cent winning record under new head coach Mark Sampson. They begin their campaign on Tuesday with a group game against a France side that won on penalties when the two sides met in the quarter-finals four years ago.
