Leaseholders 'overcharged' by as much as Β£1 billion a year by landlords and property agents, says an industry whistleblower. They are charged for day-to-day maintenance to communal areas of blocks of flats - and for the cost of major repairs. Also, the high street pharmacists making errors that puts patient safety at risk. It's estimated that a quarter of a million dispensing mistakes are made each year.
