On this episode of A Kist O Wurds

Liam Logan is in Aghadowey with William Knox for another yarn about farming, then and now; marking the 700th anniversary this month of Edward Bruce leading his Scots army to Ireland, historian Dr William Roulston tells Liam about the start of the Bruce campaign in Co Antrim, at Mounthill and Carrickfergus, and with the Irish Open coming up this week, Wilson Burgess has a poem about three on the tee from Ulster. After learning a bit about sheep shearing on Kist the other week, Liam is at the Balmoral Show to hear more from some experts, and to close the show there’s a classic Top Twenty hit from a Scottish favourite.
