Young Artists Day

As part of Radio 3's Young Artists Day, Ian Skelly presents music by Bartok, Schoenberg, Strauss and Mendelssohn performed by youth orchestras from Spain and Switzerland.

As part of Radio 3's Young Artists Day, Ian Skelly presents a special edition of Afternoon on 3 featuring performances of music by Bartok, Schoenberg, Richard Strauss and Mendelssohn by youth orchestras from Spain and Switzerland. With contributions from three of today's young musicians: the video artist Ruth Spencer, the composer Lloyd Coleman and the oboist and composer, Michael Sluman.
