Ella Woodward Cooks the Perfect..Sweet Potato Brownies
In 2011 Ella Woodward was diagnosed with a rare medical condition, which meant that she couldn’t walk down the street, slept for 16 hours a day and was in pain most of the time. When conventional medicine failed to help her, she decided to completely overhaul her diet, giving up gluten, dairy, sugar, meat and all processed food overnight, and after  eighteen months, her symptoms started to disappear. She started experimenting with recipes and blogging about her new approach to food.  Her blog Deliciously Ella now receives around 6 million hits a month. She joins Jane to talk about her philosophy for healthy eating and she makes her sugar and gluten free
Deliciously Ella is published by Yellow Kite Books
