1 in a 100 people lives on a gluten free diet in the UK. But only 24% of people who have coeliac disease have actually been diagnosed with it. There are millions living in discomfort who could ease their symptoms by changing their diet.

Pennie Latin speaks to Nicky Marr, who's daughter was diagnosed with coeliac when she was 2 years old. While Fiona Burrell of The Edinburgh New Town Cookery School looks at the role of gluten in food and what we can supplement it with if we need to follow a gluten free diet.
