What once used to be a family treat maybe once a week has now become a meat that we enjoy much more frequently. But in doing so have we started to take chicken for granted? Food writer Diana Henry and chef John Quigley join The Kitchen CafΓ© to talk about their love of chicken and discuss how we have come to undervalue chicken.
