Mountain Biking

It's estimated that mountain biking is worth more than Β£23 million to the Welsh economy and according to a recent survey three out of the four top mountain bike trails in Britain are here in Wales. in Gethin Wood, just outside Merthyr Tydfil has only been established for two years but the it's just been named the best Welsh trail by the Mountain Bike Trail community website iBikeRide and the second best in the UK.
