Louise White asks - could you afford to work without your family looking after the kids?
A new survey from parenting sites Mumsnet and Gransnet suggests a fifth of UK parents said help from grandparents with childcare was the only way they could afford to go back to work, with over a third saying the best thing about the arrangement is the money they save.
Does your mum or dad help out with childcare? Are you a grandparent who looks after grandchildren? How do you make it work for you? Could you continue in your current job if your parent didn't help out?
