Chester Cathedral is the setting for a 4 organ spectacular. Nigel Ogden presents and performs alongside the Cathedral's music team of Philip Rushforth (Director of Music), Benjamin Chewter (Assistant Director of Music) and Geoffrey Woollatt (Assistant Organist). The programme combines individual and ensemble performances of popular classics and organ favourites. These include J.S. Bach's Toccatta and Fugue in D Minor, Berceuse from Faure's Dolly Suite, William Walton's Popular Song from Facade, Mars from Gustav Holst's The Planets Suite and the finale, an unforgettable 4 organ setting of Widor's famous Toccatta.
