Six months after Malaysia Airlines flight MH17 was shot down over Ukraine, killing 298 people, relatives of the victims are still searching for justice.

But half a year since MH17 fell from the sky in a ball of flames, the crash has all but disappeared from the headlines - and no-one has officially been held responsible.

The families are still seeking answers.

At present, there are just five non-white managers employed across the 92 clubs in the top four divisions of the English football pyramid.

One proposal suggested to increase the managerial demographic is the adoption of the that was introduced by the National Football League in the United States.
