Jumpers
Fred and Co chat jumpers after James Bond himself wore one to a press event!
Jak's Perfect Parsnips
500gr evenly sized parsnips<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />
2 tbsp of cous cous or polenta
25gr finely grated parmesan
Β½ tsp dried mustard powder
Pinch of salt to finish(optional)
2tbsp Scottish rapeseed oil

1.ΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύ Peel & quarter the parsnips length ways( making sure the core is removed from the centre)
2.ΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύ Cook in boiling water for 3-4 minutes remove & allow to sit & dry for a minute
3.ΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύ First toss the parsnips in a bowl with the oil
4.ΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύ Then mix the cheese, polenta & mustard and mix all together and this will all stick
5.ΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύ Bake on an oven tray for 15 mins at 180c
Served hot from the oven
