Episode 1
Parents secretly keep an eye on what their teenage kids get up to on their skiing holidays. Two groups of youngsters head to Meribel ski resort to hit the bars and the slopes.
Series following groups of teenagers as they hit some of the coolest ski and party capitals of Europe for a week away from the glaring eyes of their parents, or so they think. What they don't know is that their parents will be coming too, secretly watching their every move.
Two groups of youngsters head to the ski resort of Meribel, where you can hit the bars as hard as you can hit the slopes.
21-year-old Jack from Kent can't wait to let loose on his first ever skiing holiday with best friends Hollie and Kirsty. After leaving uni he has moved back in with his extremely tidy, ex-military dad James and they couldn't be more different from each other. Although Jack came out as gay four years ago and his dad knows about it, they have never discussed it and neither of them thinks they ever will. Jack acts differently when he is at home and James is curious to know what his son is really like when he's not under his roof.
In Manchester, 20-year-old style-obsessed student Dan is also looking forward to his skiing holiday in the Alps with his mates Ryan, Ben and Jordon. Dan sees himself as a bit of a ladies' man and is hoping for a week of boozing and pulling on the pistes. Four years ago when Dan was just 16, his world fell apart when his mother died suddenly. Big sister Gail has found herself taking over mum's role and has mollycoddled him ever since. In her eyes he can do no wrong, knows his limits with alcohol and is shy around girls.
As soon as both groups arrive in Meribel alcohol is first thing on the agenda. With the vodka flowing at the chalets it's not long before Dan is in need of a sick bucket, although that would never stop a good night out and they hit the bars. Jack's group are also out and he is a bit disappointed that he seems to be the only gay person there, but away from dad he's having the time of his life and it's early days yet.
Jack's dad and brother and Dan's dad and sister arrive and there is shock and tears when they watch what the boys have been getting up to. Jack's dad is faced with some uncomfortable truths about his son, but will it prove to be too much for him or will they finally have the talk they never thought they'd have?
