My creative brain goes in to overdrive when I travel. I guess because there are no distractions. I wrote my first song in the back of a 4x4 in the remote dessert in Northern Territory Australia.I tend to do most of my songwriting in a car, and most of my play writing on a plane or train, you get a sense that anything is possible, and that there's a freedom to say whatever you want when the whole world is rushing past you."
