Scotland may be best known for its whisky industry, but this week on Business Scotland Laura Maciver investigates its growing craft gin production. Seventy per cent of the gin made in the UK is produced in Scotland and a cocktail culture has led to a growth in boutique gin. Laura talks to the master distillers and craft gin producers who are responsible for the burgeoning industry.
