Jamie MacDougall talks to William Conway, the artistic director of The Hebrides Ensemble, about Stravinsky's 'The Soldier's Tale'. It was performed by The Hebrides Ensemble at the Queen's Hall during the Edinburgh International Festival and was recorded by the Â鶹ԼÅÄ. You can be hear this performance on Classics Unwrapped with the actor Graham F Valentine narrating this timeless and entertaining story about a soldier selling his soul to the devil.
Jamie will be looking ahead to Proms In The Park which will be broadcast live on Â鶹ԼÅÄ Radio Scotland on Saturday 13th September from 7.30pm.
