Janice Forsyth tunes into what is happening in arts, culture and music across Scotland.
Janice Forsyth catches up with the two main stars of STILL GAME - Greg Hemphill and Ford Kiernan as they prepare for their sell out stage show at the Hydro in Glasgow.
Irish singer Hozier joins Janice for a live session and chat. He sings his new single 'Take me to the Church' which has been an internet sensation with around 7 million hits ahead of it being released as his new single.
The Forth Bridges have their very own festival this month. There are lots of events taking place including a major exhibition at Hopetoun House. The Culture Studio sent playwright David Grieg who lives in North Queensferry and travel writer Robin McKelvie who resides in South Queensferry to Hopetoun House and they'll be joining Janice to tell us about the artwork and also give us an insight into their lives on either side of the Bridges.
Most of us text now. We may even sent little smiley faces and hearts... but how would you feel about using picture icons all the time? We'll be finding out about emoji - the latest craze from Japan... and asking will this replace words when we text and instant message...
And as it's Friday we'll have the vinyl verdict where listeners decide the last song of the week and we'll also have the comedy monologue.
