The prize-winning entries from the Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ Proms Inspire Young Composers' Competition for composers aged 12-18, judged by a panel including Judith Weir and Anna Meredith.
Now in its sixteenth year, the Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ Proms Inspire Young Composers' competition offers composers aged 12 to 18 the opportunity to hear their works played by professionals at the prize-winners' concert, as well as receiving a much sought-after Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ commission. We'll hear the six winning entries, judged by a panel including composers Judith Weir and Anna Meredith, along with extracts from the highly commended pieces.
