UK Country band Ward Thomas joined Simon as the houseband - performing tracks from their new album, plus a classic cover; King of the comedy one-liner Tim Vine performed a unique set, backed by Scottish violinist Nicola Benedetti; Scottish chef Tom Kitchin brought the team in a "taste of Scotland" featuring grouse; Plus comedian Jason Byrne confessed to an unfortunate youth hostelling misadenture!
