The team revisit The Concrete Garden in Glasgow to find out how this innovative urban food project is progressing and pick some fresh produce for Neil Forbes to cook with.
Mark Beaumont shares his experiences of the food he encountered as he travelled the Commonwealth following the Queen's Baton relay. Ghillie Basan explains the origins of some Commonwealth ingredients and Nicola Singleton advises on which Commonwealth foods we could grow in our own gardens.
Pennie and the team visit a new Kitchen Garden at the multi-ethnic Dudhope Community Centre in Dundee where members can cook food from around the world using fresh produce from their doorstep.
