An Insider's View Of Military Music

Frank Renton presents an insider's view of military music.

As a previous director of the Army's Kneller Hall School Of Music, Frank Renton is ideally placed to present this special programme of military music. He includes music by the United States Marine Band, a band which changed his vision of what military music could be. We hear music from the Band Of The Coldstream Guards and a rare example of military musicians paying alongside some legendary jazz players.
