Another chance to hear Ricky Ross present a special edition of The Culture Studio live from 麻豆约拍@theQuay. With 2 days to go before the Commonwealth Games start, there's a distinct commonwealth feel to the programme. There's music on a grand geographic scale with Boomerang representing Scotland, New Zealand and Australia and staying more local with James and Rab Allan from Glasvegas. Matt Baker and Alex Jones from The One Show pop in past along with author Louise Welsh who tells us about her Empire Cafe initiative. Actor Gary Lewis performs a couple speeches from one of the National Theatre of Scotland's most ambitious projects to date, The Tin Forest and we hear about a nautical extravaganza taking place on the Clyde.
