Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ NOW's Principal Conductor closes the Cardiff season with Brahms's German Requiem, a work of hope shot through with a powerful sense of calm and serenity. Haydn was one of Brahms's favourite composers and the freshness and vigour of his Symphony No 99 has endeared it to audiences for more than two centuries.
