Parliament report on concussion says 'the time for debate is over' and that all sporting National Governing Bodies must follow single guidelines to minimise risk.

Every sport in the UK is being urged to adopt a single set of guidelines to help minimise the risk of concussion to players of all ages. A cross-Parliamentary inquiry called "Concussion Can Kill" says "the time for debate is over." It says all sporting National Governing Bodies must now come together to help protect themselves from potential lawsuits - and to protect their participants from harm. We speak to football and rugby representatives and hear from grass roots players and coaches.

Plus we're live at Park View school in Birmingham. Staff there say they'll appeal against the results of an inspection which they claim is the result of a "knee jerk reaction" against allegations of extremism.

Plus should there be tougher penalties for using your mobile phones while driving? Research by the Transport Research Laboratory shows making calls or sending texts slowed driver reaction by 46%. In comparison, drivers at the drink-drive limit experienced reaction times 13% slower.
