Every sport in the UK is being urged to adopt a single set of guidelines to help minimise the risk of concussion to players of all ages. A cross-Parliamentary inquiry called "Concussion Can Kill" says "the time for debate is over." It says all sporting National Governing Bodies must now come together to help protect themselves from potential lawsuits - and to protect their participants from harm.
