A recent Scottish Social Attitudes survey says there has been little change in attitudes to getting drunk. Kaye Adams asks if there is anything wrong with drinking to get drunk.
TOPIC 1: INTEREST RATES
Millions of homeowners were last night warned to get ready for interest rate rises by the end of the year and the introduction of a cap on mortgage lending. Bank of England governor Mark Carney indicated that the first hike in rates for seven years is closer than expected - and is now likely to take place within months. Mr Carney said: 'There is already great speculation about the exact timing of the first rate hike. It could happen sooner than markets currently expect.'
Kaye asks: Would a rise in interest rates be good news or bad news for you?
TOPIC 2: ALCOHOL
The Scottish Social Attitudes Survey suggests attitudes to getting drunk have remained largely unchanged since 2004. While an increasing number of people recognise the harm which alcohol causes in Scotland, there was an increase in the percentage of people who thought it was acceptable to get drunk at weekends, and an increase in those who thought it was easier to enjoy a social event if they had a drink.
Kaye asks: Is there anything wrong with drinking to get drunk?

The world cup has kicked off and we'd like to know who will you be supporting and why?
