Jak's Nachos

Always preferring larger style nachos I do not use corn chips honest you will taste the difference!

1 pack of soft tortillas
1 tsp smoked paprika
2tbsp rapeseed oil
SALSA
Ìý
4 ripe tomatoes diced
1 red chilli diced finely
1tbsp chopped coriander
1 shallot finely diced
JuiceÌý of 1 lime
1 garlic clove crushed
½ tsp ground cumin
Salt & pepper
TOPPING
Ìý
1 ripe avocado sliced squeeze lemon over the top
4-5 dollops of crème fraiche
4-5 tbsp grated cheese
METHOD
Ìý
1.ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý Cut tortilla into 8 wedges brush with rapeseed oil and dust with smoked paprika
2.ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý Bake in the oven at 180 until crisp
3.ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý Add all salsa ingredients together and set aside
4.ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý Layer on a plate sprinkling cheese in between each layer
5.ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý Put back in the ovenÌý to melt cheese
6.ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý Then scatter avocado on top along with dollops of crème fraiche & salsa
7.ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý Enjoy
