Are electric cars the future of motoring in the UK? The government has announced Β£500 million of investment for low emission vehicles, including more charging points and extra incentives for those who drive them. We travel to Oslo and see why Norway has the largest market share for electric cars in the world. We test the new Tesla Model S and drive 200 miles in a Nissan Leaf to see how the UK's charging infrastructure stands up.
