Plus hundreds of people in Portsmouth queued round the block over the weekend, to personally thank their GP who was retiring after 32 years in practice. Dr Richard Hughes from the Hanway Medical Practice was told that some time had been set aside for some of his patients to come and thank him. They were still queueing to speak to him four hours later. Victoria speaks to Dr Hughes and some of his patients.
