Let's Get This Show on the Road!

Johnnie is joined in conversation by the Grammy-winning guitarist Albert Lee.

Johnnie Walker celebrates the decade of Kraftwerk, Kanas and Kool & The Gang.

This week he's joined by one of the world's finest guitar players, the Grammy Award winning Albert Lee. In his career he has worked with artists including Dolly Parton, Emmylou Harris and Eric Clapton, who said of Albert "when he gets into his stride I can't even keep up with him". In the seventies Albert performed with Heads Hands & Feet, before joining The Crickets and working with Clapton from 1978. Together with Johnnie he'll cover a life lived with the guitar, plus continuing to record and perform live with his band Hogan's Heroes.

Also on the show, Johnnie will revisit a moment from the decade courtesy of the Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ archive and another classic seven-inch single will be added into Johnnie's Jukebox.
