Fresh Starts
Diane Louise Jordan plays uplifting hymns, gospel and choral classics, including music from LCGC, Joanne Hogg and Kathryn Scott. Plus, prayer requests and dedications.
Diane Louise Jordan plays spiritually uplifting and inspiring music - hymns, Gospel and choral classics, and in particular music from LCGC, Joanne Hogg and Kathryn Scott. This week Diane explores the theme of "strength from weakness" looking in particular at the character of Peter, who famously denied Jesus 3 times before the cock crowed. Yet, in spite of his failings, Peter went on to be known as the founder of the church.
As usual, the programme hears from listeners all over the country who have written in with specific music requests or to ask for the lighting of a "virtual candle".
Producer - Steven Benson.
