After a disappointing 2013 Six Nations in which Ireland failed to win a match on home soil, Joe Schmidt's side can make it three victories from three at the Aviva Stadium at the expense of Italy.
The memories of defeat in Rome in 2013 will be fresh for Schmidt's players, a match that marked their first ever Six Nations defeat by the Azzuri, who have thus far found it difficult to replicate their impressive form of 2013.
