France-Brotherton Family
After a vicious attack, the France-Brotherton family moved from South Africa to the UK. But dad Craig wanted an outdoors life. Nicki Chapman discovers if they moved to Australia.
The France-Brotherton family emigrated from South Africa to the UK in 2002 after a vicious attack on their home. While wife Chantelle had settled into British life, husband Craig still yearned for the outdoors lifestyle offered by the southern hemisphere and was keen to move his family to Australia.
On a trial week in Perth, Chantelle was worried whether she would have the strength to move halfway around the world again. One year on, Nicki Chapman discovers if the family went ahead with a new life down under.
