Power distribution companies say more than a MILLION customers have lost electricity at some point over the course of this week's storms. Sixty five thousand homes are still without power. Meanwhile residents of a Hertfordshire cul-de-sac woke up to find a huge sinkhole has swallowed up part of their street.
