Woodland Family
Series in which families experience a trial week living in Australia or New Zealand. A dad hardly sees his family. Could moving to Australia bring them all together for good?
A job in the army and now as a lorry driver means John Woodland's spent most of his time away from home. Daughter Chloe feels he's missed out on her childhood, while wife Kerry just wants more time with her husband.
After falling in love with Australia on an army posting, John's convinced a move Down Under could bring his family the quality time together they need. But both Chloe and Kerry have never visited the country and are reluctant to leave their Welsh village. Can a week in Australia convince them to move halfway around the world?

Woodland family update
December 2013 saw the Woodlands spending their last Christmas in the UK. After discussing a move on their return from Australia, Kerry came round to the idea of emigrating, and quickly secured a job outside Perth. John and Kerry left the UK in early January 2014, and daughter Chloe is due to follow a month later with her boyfriend Sam.
