500 gms minced beef
1 onion chopped
1 tablespoon oil
Dollop of ketchup
Dollop of tabasco sauce
Potatoes suitable for mashing
Butter and hot milk
METHOD
Ìý
Lightly fry onion, add mince, stir round to break up mince, leave a few lumpy bits. Continue until all the mince is browned. Bring to boil and simmer until onionÌý cooked, add in ketchup and sauce and stir.
Ìý
Cook potatoes then mash with butter and hot milk, then serve.
